Why was it created?
Being an owner or a leader is often lonely. We have many connections, yet there are few spaces where one can discuss real issues without roles, positions, or direct business interests. The ESG Ownership Circle was created to foster such a trusted community, where leaders can openly share their experiences, dilemmas, successes, and failures.
What do we do?
We organize regular Owners' Tables, joint programs, and thematic communities based on shared interests. We share knowledge, experience, and connections; we talk about decisions, dilemmas, successes, and failures. We are not creating a business-matchmaking forum or a conference series, but a space of trust where leaders can build genuine relationships – and from which value-creating collaborations can emerge naturally.
What do we want to achieve?
We are building a long-term leadership community where economic performance, human responsibility, and sustainability are not competing goals. Our aim is for the members of the Ownership Circle to collectively shape the future within their own companies, in the community, and in society. ESG value is created not merely by membership, but by actual knowledge sharing, collaborative activities, and demonstrable results.
